How the work actually went

Case studies.

Four engagements, told properly: what the situation was, what we did about it, and what the client’s own reports recorded afterwards.

The situation

A solar company selling to two very different buyers at once — households comparing their electricity bill, and businesses running a procurement process. Enquiries arrived faster than a small team could answer them, and quoting depended on whoever knew the product maths.

What we did

Built AI chatbots for both sides of the funnel: one handling B2C enquiries, another qualifying B2B leads before they reached a salesperson. Automated the internal operations workflow so requests stopped living in a spreadsheet. Then put the product maths into sales calculators, so anyone on the team could size a system and produce a quote without needing an engineer in the room.

Alongside it

Brand, content, and performance work across the same period — an orange-and-blue design system connecting product education, campaign assets, and branded materials.

PerformanceBrandingContent

The situation

A physical therapy centre with a small budget and a service that people search for at the exact moment they need it — a narrow, high-intent audience rather than a broad one.

What we did

Kept the spend deliberately tight and pointed it at intent rather than reach, with a warm, considered visual language that communicates a clinical service without sounding clinical.

What the report recorded

48.64×reported ROAS

ROAS is revenue against ad spend — it is not profit.

PerformanceBrandingContent

The situation

A matcha brand whose customers wanted to ask questions before buying — so the sale started in the inbox, not the checkout.

What we did

Built a matcha-green brand world across product storytelling, social, and merchandise, then ran messaging campaigns designed to open conversations rather than push straight to checkout — because that is where this brand's customers actually start.

The situation

A shapewear brand with a following but an inconsistent look — the feed didn’t hold together, so neither did the brand.

What we did

Launched a refreshed identity and new Facebook and Instagram visuals, revamped the existing posts to match, then supported it with an awareness campaign so the new look reached beyond the existing following.

What the report recorded

1,806,422people reached
2,837,345impressions

Reach is an awareness measure, not a sales one. The source report does not state the year for this period.
